WM in Gijon ist Qualifikation für World Games

Der Präsident der CIC hat den World Games die Qualifikationsrichtlinien für die World Games 2009 in Kaohsiung ( Chinese Taipei) vom 17.-19. Juli 2009 informiert.

Rules for admission

Dear Mister the President,

I have pleasure to communicate you that the 2008 World Championship on TRACK , scheduled in Gijon/Spain Sept.4-12, will be the selection for the admittance at the 2009 World Games.

30 men and 30 ladies will be admitted to participate.

The ranking will be made taking into account the best 3 individual results on track competitions, no relay-race.

All gold winners plus 3 men and 3 ladies of the hosting country are automatically admitted to take part at the World Games.
